Looking for a strawberry picking spot near Hamilton that’s actually worth the short drive? Brantwood Farms, just up the road in Paris, Ontario, is having a fantastic weekend for picking — and it’s an easy trip from Hamilton for a half-day family outing.

Our Pick-Your-Own Strawberry Patch is open daily, 8am to 6pm (last entry 5:30pm), and right now the fields are full of ripe, juicy berries. If you’re coming from Hamilton, it’s a quick, scenic drive out of the city — and well worth it for the quality and quantity of berries waiting in the rows.

Note for returning visitors: the strawberry patch has moved. This season you’ll find it at 351 German School Road, Paris, right beside our farm market — so once you’re done picking, you can pop into the market for fresh baked goods, browse local goods, or let the kids play at the Play Patch before heading back to Hamilton.
