Your class can expect a day filled with outdoor fun, farming, and friends — guided every step of the way by our expert team.
Apple Orchard Visit
Each student picks 5 apples to bring home
Pumpkin Patch
Students explore the pumpkin patch and select a pie pumpkin of their own, plus a cob of popcorn to share with their families.
The Magic Forest
Enjoy a tractor-pulled wagon ride around the farm, with a stop at the Magic Forest to learn about trees and woodland friends.
Corn Maze
Navigate the giant corn maze and discover favourite characters hidden inside
Play
Time permitting, groups may enjoy the giant jumping pillow, super slide, cereal box, and obstacle course. Speak to your tour guide if you’d like to skip any of these.

Your tour is 2 hours start to finish
Tour Times
Morning sessions begin at 9:30 am or 10:00 am.Afternoon sessions begin at 12:00 pm or 12:30 pm.Please time your arrival accordingly — late arrivals will result in a shorter tour.
Admission Rates
$15 + HST per student
.• 1 supervisor (staff or parent volunteer) free per every 5 students.
• 1:1 support staff are complimentary and do not count against the 1:5 ratio.
• Additional parent volunteers beyond the 1:5 ratio are $15 + HST.
Please note: A minimum of 15 paying participants is required to book a tour
Additional Information
What to Bring
Each student should bring 1–2 durable reusable bags to carry home their apples, pumpkin, and popcorn. We are unable to provide plastic bags.Water bottles, hats, and sunscreen are strongly encouraged.
Students should be wearing suitable footwear for being outdoors and in fields. Closed toed shoes or boots are strongly encouraged.
Weather
Tours run rain or shine — all activities are outdoors. Please ensure students are dressed appropriately for the conditions.
Snack Breaks
Snack Breaks are not included in the standard tour. If you would like to stop for a break please let us know at time of booking
Washrooms
Portable washrooms are located throughout the farm.
Indoor washrooms are located in the farm market, including a full accessible washroom.
PAYMENT
Upon booking you will receive a confirmation with an estimated total based on expected attendees. The final amount may change if numbers shift. Two payment options are available:
Option 1:
Pay on the day of your trip by cheque or card at our farm market.
Option 2:
Brantwood Farms will invoice you on the day of the trip, accurately reflecting the final number of attendees. Please inform your tour guide of the correct headcount on arrival.
