Do I need to purchase tickets to go to Farm Store?
No. Tickets are not required to shop at the Farm Store.
What form of payment does Brantwood Farm accept?
Cash, Debit and Credit (Mastercard or Visa) are accepted.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for the Fall Festival or the Play Patch
Yes. Tickets must be purchased for entry to any event
Can I purchase tickets in person at the Ticket Booth?
Yes. However, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee entry.
I am attending with my children. Do I need to purchase a ticket ?
Yes. All guests ages 2-92 years old who are entering the Play Area require a ticket.
I just want to see the Farm Animals. Do I need to purchase a ticket?
Yes. The Farm Animals are included in the admission price and a ticket must be purchased to access this area.
I can’t find my tickets. What do I do?
If you cannot locate your tickets, email info@brantwoodfarms.com and we are happy to assist.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Not at all. Please use your phone and show the QR code to our Admission Staff. Please have your QR code ready prior to Tickets Booth for faster check-in process.
I have Free [hard copy] Passes to attend Fall Fest. Do I need to book online?
No. Please come to the farm and go to the Ticket Booth to visit Fall Festival
I purchased tickets to Fall Festival but it is raining. Can I get a refund?
No. All ticket sales are final. Brantwood Farms is open rain or shine. Please see your confirmation for further details regarding our cancellation policy. If you are concerned about weather, we suggest waiting to purchase your tickets and checking the forecast to see when the weather works on your end.
What if it rains during my visit?
Some attractions may close in inclement weather until conditions permit safe operation. Brantwood Farm cannot issue rain checks or refunds for inclement weather.
I purchased tickets to Fall Festival but something came up and I can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
You are able to rebook your visit. Follow the cancellation steps in your confirmation email to rebook to another available Fall Festival date. The cut off is 11:59pm the day before your visit.
I can only see one ticket for the date I would like to book but I need more. What should I do?
The tickets are shown in real time. If the ticketing is only allowing you to select 1 ticket, there is only 1 ticket left for that day. Please only select a date that has the number of tickets you require [and not less].
Do you offer Season Passes to Fall Festival
Yes! Season Passes are valid for all Fall Festival dates through the season .
Can I upgrade my admission ticket to a Season Pass?
Guests can receive credit on their admission towards the purchase of a Season Pass. Please visit the Ticket Booth during your visit. Upgrading your admission towards a Season Pass must be done during the same day of your visit, prior to 5pm at the Admission Booth with a Team Member. We are unable to upgrade your day pass past the date of your visit. Thank you for respecting this policy and the farm.
Do I need to book online if I have a Season Pass?
No! Simply show up to the farm during operational hours and show your QR code. Admission staff will check you in.
Can I share my Season Pass?
No. Season Passes are non-transferrable.
How much is parking?
Parking is free.
Groups & Accessibility
Do you offer Birthday Parties or Group Rates?
We do not have birthday party packages but do offer group rates and pavilion rental for groups of 20 or more. Please email info@brantwoodfarms.com for more information
I want to have my child’s birthday party and arrange for friends and family to join. Can I set up my own birthday party at the farm and reserve tables?
You are more than welcome to purchase tickets for your group online. We are unable to reserve tables for your group.
Do you offer Company Events?
Brantwood Farms is a great spot to host clients, and treat your employees and their families to a day on the farm. Please email info@brantwoodfarms.com receive information on admission & gift vouchers.
Are there washrooms at Brantwood Farms?
Yes; there are portable washrooms.
Indoor washrooms are located in the farm store
Is the farm stroller friendly?
Yes; the terrain is grass, gravel and asphalt. Larger wheeled-strollers and wagons do much better than an umbrella type/small wheeled stroller.
*IF THERE HAS BEEN SIGNIFICANT RAIN, the farm will be muddy and not ideal for strollers.
If the farm wheelchair accessible?
Yes; the terrain is grass, gravel and asphalt. Our wagons are equipped with ramps, and portable washroom has wheelchair accessibility.

Do you accept Access2 Cards?
Yes – we accept Access2 Cards. People with an Access2 Card receive complimentary admission. Please show Access2 Card upon arrival at the Ticket Booth to receive complimentary admission. No pre-booking required for this guest. All other guests in your group, including support staff, must purchase a ticket.
Are you offering School Trips?
Fall Trips are available. Please email info@brantwoodfarms.com for additional information about availability and our program package.
Pets, Photography, & Other Policies
Can I bring my dog to the farm?
Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome on the farm.
Can I bring my service dog to the farm?
Yes. Service Dogs are welcome at the farm.
IMPORTANT: Dogs MUST be wearing proper vest at all times for entry.
I am a Photographer. Can I book Photography Sessions or Mini Shoots at Brantwood Farms?
Please email info@brantwoodfarms.com to obtain a Photography Permit. We reserve the right to end any session if we believe it is interfering with our guest’s enjoyment, or in the event a permit was not obtained.
Can I use a drone at Brantwood Farms?
No. Drones are prohibited.
Smoking Policy
For the convenience of all our guests, smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is not permitted at the farm. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cannabis Policy
Cannabis and related paraphernalia are not permitted on Farm property at any time.
