Land Acknowledgement

At Brantwood Farms, we acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, and Neutral Peoples.
This land, now known as Brantford, is part of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between Indigenous Nations to share and protect the resources of this land in harmony.

We recognize the enduring presence and stewardship of the Six Nations of the Grand River and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We honour their histories, cultures, and contributions, and we are committed to learning from and respecting the deep connections Indigenous communities have with this land.

As a farm rooted in this community, we are grateful for the opportunity to grow and share food on this land, and we strive to do so with respect and gratitude.
